Privacy notice for this website.

This website presents BitHub Shop and is run by BitHub. It uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no third-party scripts: it processes your data only when you decide to contact us. Here you can find out which data, why, and how to exercise your rights. Last updated 22 October 2026.

The website is run by BitHub, Galleria della Sima 45, Jesi, Italy. BitHub is a collective brand used by a network of independent professionals, each with their own VAT number.

For any question about your data, write to info@bithub.it or call +39 06 4522 18186.

  • The website sets no cookies and stores no information in your browser.
  • It doesn’t use Google Analytics or any other measurement or advertising tool.
  • Fonts, images and scripts are served by the website itself: browsing its pages doesn’t contact any third-party service.
  • As with any website, the server hosting it may record technical request data (IP address, page requested, date and time, browser type) for security and operation.

The interactive demos work with made-up data, directly in your browser: what you type or select in the demos isn’t sent to anyone.

The form collects the type of request, your name and email (required) and, if you choose to give them, company, phone, current platform, store address and message, plus the language of the page.

  • Why: to reply to your request and, if you wish, arrange a demo or a review of your store.
  • Legal basis: your request, i.e. pre-contractual steps taken at your initiative (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • How it travels: the form is sent through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an external service that delivers the message by email to info@bithub.it. FormSubmit’s processing is covered by its own privacy policy.
  • How long: for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows.

Your data isn’t sold or used to send you advertising.

If you write to us or call us, we use the details you give us (for example your email address or phone number) only to reply. The WhatsApp link opens a WhatsApp chat: the website doesn’t send messages automatically, and the chat is covered by WhatsApp’s privacy policy.

The “Book a call” link opens a Google Calendar booking page: appointment data is processed by Google under its own privacy policy, and the Google Meet link arrives after booking.

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object to it or receive it in a readable format, by writing to info@bithub.it. If you believe the processing isn’t lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your country.

BitHub’s own services and website are covered by the bithub.it privacy and cookie policy (in Italian).
