Before you write

Including these details helps us solve your request faster:

  • your .myshopify.com store domain;
  • the theme you are using and where the widget is placed;
  • the Google Maps URL of the business you connected;
  • a screenshot or the URL of the page showing the issue.

Common questions

The widget does not appear on my store
Make sure the app block has been added from the theme editor and that the section where you placed it is visible on the page you are checking.
Reviews are not updating
Google review data is cached and refreshed periodically. If a review is still missing after some time, contact us with your store domain.
Do you access my customers or orders?
No. The app does not request access to Shopify customer, order or product data. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling the app removes the installation. For an explicit deletion request, email info@bithub.it from the store owner address.
