Is the European Accessibility Act already in force?

Yes. It has applied since 28 June 2025 to businesses selling online or providing digital services in the EU, with limited exemptions for microenterprises.

Can I still use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel?

Yes, but only if consent is handled correctly through a platform compatible with Google Consent Mode v2.

Do I really need accessibility if I'm not a public body?

Yes. If you sell online or provide digital services, the European Accessibility Act applies to you too.

Do you offer audits and technical fixes?
